Sorry for the late post, but if you do happen to step onto the isle within your travels, either now or in the future, there is somewhere you definitely need to check out.
MEDINA BUTTERFLY FARM!
I know the garden centre attached may be a bit groggy and crusty around the edges but on entering the Butterfly Farm you completely forget about how you got there.
From the moment I strolled through the doors, I was rushed by a heat of tropical adventures, to then be surrounded by butterflies, floating fluidly in and around the steamed air. When going around the attraction, following the patched trail, you will see such beautiful butterflies that are absolutely magnificent. Something I have never seen before, but will definitely be repeating!
What a sight! On many occasions I had numerous amounts of butterflies landing on my clothes, being most attracted to bright colours, especially blue!
The butterflies range from big to small, brown to white to green and blue, there are a range of different butterflies to behold here, some I can probably guarantee you have never seen before.
Also to be seen there are gorgeously fluffy quails who gather around your feet, running here and there, as fast as their little legs will take them. I can only describe them as running little Pom Poms!
