Sat here watching another replay of the great British bake-off on the food channel, I have been researching more into this fascinating phrase, Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Well do you know what I have found........... a beautiful song that depicts everything special and unique about the Chinese culture and how they celelbrate this coming of the new year. 

It's delicate and soothing and everything you could want from a beautifully cultured celebration and shows the great subtlety and well-known notes of Chinese history.
